Because of the systemic and practical demands of life, trauma, and cultural influences from childhood, we can easily lose touch with our true self. Our thinking then becomes more automatic and static, less fluid, and disconnected from our authentic values and goals. This impacts the choices we make and similar to what happens when water freezes into ice, we are only aware of the surface and are “skating on the surface of life”. However, when we are aligned to our own intrinsic values and true self, we break through the ice surface, and feel refreshed, alive, and as powerful as a rushing waterfall.
Founded by Helene in Bradenton, Florida, Inclusion Angels began with a vision to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential through personalized support. Her approach facilitates connection to one’s inner wisdom and authentic self through balancing our cognitive, emotional, and somatic ways of knowing. Due to differences in personality/ego structures, unique life experiences, and unique moments in time, each individual has a vast reservoir of knowledge that once brought into consciousness, is the best authority to guide one’s life journey.
Helene has served a diverse range of clients, including teachers, business leaders, veterans, breast cancer warriors, children/youth with mental health challenges, neurodiverse children/youth, parents of children/youth with accessibility needs, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions. Her expertise is in creating inclusive and accessible work and learning environments and fostering personal and professional growth through individualized training, consulting, and coaching approaches.
Recipient of numerous awards for her commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, Helene continues to engage in personal and professional development. In addition to a doctorate, educational specialist, master’s, and bachelor’s degrees, she is certified as an Advanced Enneagram Spectrum Instructor and is a candidate for the International Coaching Federation and the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching credentials. She has been studying and applying the Enneagram since 2019 and is excited to coach others with this approach if they are interested.

Driven by her passion for inclusivity, Helene embarked on a journey to create a company that provides tailored support for personal and professional development. Hugs from Heaven for Sister Warriors, LLC was founded with a passion to serve women breast cancer survivors/warriors, veterans, parents of children/youth with disabilities, professionals who work with people who experience disabilities, and adults who identify as neurodiverse.
With her recent IFC and NBHWC certified coach training, she has expanded her coaching to include everyone who can benefit from life coaching, relationship coaching, executive coaching, health and wellness coaching, intersectional identity coaching, and spiritual coaching.
